If you decide that you need to return an item, we're more than happy to help in any way we can. Here are some things to keep in mind in case a return is necessary:
Return requests must be made within two weeks of delivery. Requests can be made by phone at 1-866-619-1776.
Completed returns of undamaged items will result in a full product price refund.
All items must be returned in the original packaging.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs. However, we can certainly help arrange the return shipping for you, if needed.
Our manufacturers may charge a restocking fee of 15 to 30%. If this is the case, this fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you are unsure whether an item will work for your space, please contact us before finalizing your order so we can help you find exactly what you need.
In some cases, a return will not be possible. Custom and clearance items cannot be returned, although any warranties will be honored accordingly. In most cases, assembled items may not be returned as they are considered "used". Outdoor play equipment can be returned only if it has never been installed and has not been in storage for more than six months.
Occasionally, items arrive with slight damage due to incidents during shipping. Naturally, we do not expect anyone to accept damaged items. In the
rare case that your order arrives damaged, we will gladly send replacement items as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
Please be sure to fully inspect your order at the time of delivery. If there is not enough time for you to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery, you can sign for it and write "damage" on the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
